This page explains which marks we own and how you may use the JOY materials you purchase or receive.
In short: JOY names, frameworks, and materials belong to JOY Journey Options YouChoose®. What you purchase is licensed for your personal use. Certified JOY Success Coaches receive defined rights through certification. Any other use needs written permission.

| Everyone else | Short quotes with clear credit to Dr. Delphina JOYce Avila and JOY Journey Options YouChoose®. Any other use requires written permission. |
What is not permitted without written permission
- Copying, reselling, or sharing JOY guides, workbooks, or PDFs with others
- Sharing course logins or redistributing course videos and materials
- Teaching, coaching, or running workshops with JOY content without an active license or certification
- Describing yourself as a “JOY Success Coach” or as JOY-certified without completing JOY Success Coaching Certification™
- Creating derivative frameworks, tools, or courses based on JOY models
- Using JOY marks in a business name, domain name, social media handle, or advertising
- Uploading JOY materials to AI tools or public platforms
