- Assessment responses: your answers and resulting scores and quadrant placement for JOY assessments (such as the JOY Spirit™, JOY Mindset®, JOY Heart™, and JOY Body™ Assessments).
- Purchase information: order details such as items purchased, billing name, and email. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
- Course and account data: course enrollment, progress, and completion records when you create a learner account.
- Technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and cookies needed for the site, cart, and login to work.
How we use your information
- To deliver your assessment results and personalized recommendations by email.
- To process orders, provide downloads, give course access, and schedule coaching.

Service providers we use
